  • You are already experienced in gluten free sourdough.
  • Are looking for a guide to sourdough bread that does NOT need to be gluten free.
  • Prefer yeast breads to sourdough.

Meet your writer and author

My journey with food has been complex – a weaving, winding road to get where I am today. From dealing with disordered eating for a decade, to being diagnosed with Celiac Disease, I have stumbled into a way of life that is creating healthy meals for my family, and developed a love of food that is rooted in the memories made. With a little bit of grace and a whole lot of hiccups, I renewed my love of cooking and baking in the kitchen.
