Gluten Free Bread Flour Blend

Ingredients

  • 450 grams tapioca
  • 150 grams ivory teff flour
  • 200 grams millet flour
  • 200 grams sorghum flour

Instructions

  • Using a kitchen scale, measure out the flours and add them to a stand mixer.
  • Using the whisk attachment, or the paddle with side scrapers, combine the flours for several minutes
  • Store in an airtight container.
