Special Homemade Burger Sauce | Easy Classic Recipe
This easy burger sauce recipe is creamy, tangy, and packed with classic diner-style flavor—all made with simple pantry staples. A blend of mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, and dill pickle creates the perfect balance of richness and zip, while a splash of pickle juice ties everything together. It comes together in minutes using a blender or mixer and tastes even better after a short chill in the fridge.
Add the mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, chopped dill pickle, pickle juice, salt, and pepper to a blender or stand mixer (KitchenAid fitted with the paddle attachment works great).
Blend or mix on medium speed until the sauce is completely smooth, creamy, and evenly combined, about 20–30 seconds. Scrape down the sides as needed to ensure everything is well incorporated.
Taste and adjust seasoning—add more pickle juice for tang, mustard for zip, or salt to enhance the flavor.
Transfer the sauce to a glass jar or airtight container and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld (optional, but highly recommended).
