It’s North Dakota nostalgia for him! I have changed my recipe over the years, but have landed on this one! It replicates that Swedish meatball vibe, without having to cook over the stove – cooking them in the oven is gold! We love having the leftovers for the next dinner, or the meatballs make for great lunch prep!
